A$AP Rocky’s manager has claimed ownership of the ammunition discovered during a raid at his residence in 2022.
On Monday (Feb. 10), A$AP Lou testified that he accidentally left the ammunition, designed for a Glock 43 magazine, in Rocky’s house and failed to recover it before the raid.
“I took everything except for one magazine,” Lou stated while on the stand. “It was a Glock 43 magazine.” However, A$AP. Lou stated that he did not own a Glock 43 weapon, but instead purchased the incorrect rounds for his Glock 42.

“When you’re in the store, everything is next to each other,” Lou added, explaining how he could accidentally buy the wrong ammunition. “I didn’t realize until that day that I had mistakenly grabbed it.”

Lou also stated that the ammunition had never been fired, and that he chose not to return or exchange the clip because it was a very inexpensive purchase.
“It is a $20 magazine. “That would have cost me more in gas and time to get there and back,” he explained.

In other parts of his evidence, Lou supported A$AP Rocky’s claim that the firearm used in the purported shooting of former A$AP Mob member A$AP Relli was a pretend gun, despite its look.

According to Lou, Rocky obtained the gun while on a music video shoot and later returned it to Lou, who handed it to the film’s director, whom he believed to be the legal owner of the thing.
A$AP Rocky is charged with shooting A$AP Relli following a fight in Los Angeles in November 2021. The rapper was later arrested and charged with two counts of criminal assault. If convicted, he faces up to 24 years in jail.
