On Thursday, Bieber took to Instagram Stories to respond. Without directly naming any particular rumor, he appeared to push back at the negativity, expressing that his faith and the concept of forgiveness help him stay grounded.
“They treat me like trash out here, but I remind myself that I’m imperfect and God has forgiven me,” he wrote. “It keeps me from acting like I’m better than those who are being hurtful—because truthfully, I can be that way too.”

Addressing the rumors about his marriage directly, Bieber reassured fans that his relationship with Hailey is strong. “Honestly, if I were you, I’d probably be jealous of me and Hailey too—we’re thriving,” he said. “We’re really on a high, and I get why some people can’t stand it.”
He wrapped up his message with a confident flourish: “I don’t blame them. Hailey and I are like the Joneses—impossible to keep up with.”
