A guy is hailing his elderly father-in-law as a hero for his valiant efforts as they desperately fled the Pacific Palisades wildfire… especially because Parkinson’s makes it difficult for him to move.

Aaron Samson discussed their harrowing situation on CBS Mornings Thursday, explaining that after witnessing smoke and fire near his 83-year-old father-in-law’s house, he knew they had to evacuate. There was just one problem: they didn’t have a car.

Aaron dashed down the street, pleading for assistance, and luckily located a neighbor who volunteered to pick them up. He collected his father-in-law’s medication and they got into the car.

But they quickly became trapped in traffic… and as a fire flared dangerously close to another vehicle, cops began calling for everyone to get out of their cars and flee on foot.

That’s when Aaron’s clip shows his father-in-law, walker in hand, hustling down the street as best he could… all owing to Aaron’s continual encouragement, telling him they needed to keep moving.

Aaron stated he then had him sit on the walker and began wheeling him to safety. Fortunately, his father-in-law is now safe and is living with family near San Diego.
