“Dazed and Confused” star Nicky Katt committed suicide at his California home.

According to law enforcement officials, on April 8, Katt’s landlord found his body hanging inside his apartment in the Los Angeles region.

According to our sources, Katt’s landlord came to his flat approximately a week prior and informed him that his rent was due and that he was required to pay it.

Five days later, the landlord reportedly came back to find Katt hanging inside his bedroom and the apartment door open. According to our sources, Katt had been dead for more than a day when he was discovered and had not left a suicide note.

Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Katt, who was born in South Dakota, gained notoriety for her appearances in numerous Hollywood TV series and motion pictures. Among his television credits are “Monk,” “Law & Order,” and “Boston Public,” where he was cast in the notable role of Harry Senate, a teacher.

A Time to Kill, Sin City, Boiler Room, School of Rock, The Way of the Gun, and, of course, the wildly successful “Dazed and Confused,” in which he portrayed tough guy Clint Bruno, are just a few of the well-known movies in which he has scored roles.

From 1999 to 2001, Katt was wed to Annie Morse; however, they later got divorced. His age was 54.
